Stepping beyond CRM

In addition to keeping track of customer contact with a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, many of our clients also require the ability to automate transactions with their customers. Other clients do not use a CRM system, but have a very specific system need which wasn't met by existing software packages.

To this end, CalibreNet develops Custom Systems. An example is client specific Order Entry and Processing systems, created and hooked into the TeleMagic database, with integrated access to order history, product lists, stock levels and pricing.

CalibreNet develops such systems in MS Access, to provide fully integrated front-office applications. Such systems have been developed for a range of clients across a range of industries.
