A one year Software Maintenance Agreement is included in all new or upgrade license purchases. All clients are additionally offered Annual Support Agreements with CalibreNet, to provide technical support verbally via telephone and also via remote access. CalibreNet is the first point of call for TeleMagic technical support.

CalibreNet keeps a detailed record of each supported client's installation, including a copy of the client's database template, to help us to analyse and deal with any problems.
